For course creators who are tired of launching

Turn the course you sold once into a membership people pay for every month

The $1K Membership Challenge, Skool Launch Roadmap, 30-day action plan, The Hotline, and Meta ad playbooks shown on a desktop, laptop, tablet, and guides

Grab the 30-day roadmap to turn the content you already have into a paid membership

without recording a single new lessonor running another launch to make the same money again.

This is for you if you have a course that has sold before. Even once. Nothing new to record. The roadmap uses what you already made.

Show me how

The part nobody says out loud

If any of this sounds like you...

1"Launch week was great. Then it was like a light switched off."
2"I get a 'quick question' email every few days from people who bought months ago. I answer all of them. For free."
3"My completion rate is honestly embarrassing. They buy it and stop at module 3."
4"I've been meaning to redo the course for a year. I keep thinking a 2.0 will fix it."
5"I can't do another launch. The last one wiped me out for a month."
6"I have an 'evergreen funnel.' It made $340 last month."
7"I know a membership is the answer. I just don't know what I'd even GIVE them every month."

You already know what to give them. You're giving it away in your inbox.

The "quick question" emails. The "can you look at mine?" DMs. The people who got to module 3 and needed someone to say "yep, keep going."

That's the membership. It's just scattered across your inbox for free right now.

So here's what it looks like once it's in one place with a price on it.

Thirty days from now, if you do the work

The membership is open. And you never have to launch again.

The course you already recorded is the classroom. You didn't film a single new thing.
The people who emailed you "quick questions" are the first ones you invite. Some say yes fast because they already trust you. Most memberships start with 5 to 10 of them, not 100.
Someone asks a question in the feed. You answer it once. Twenty people read it. Your inbox is quiet.
The 2.0 you kept putting off? It's a monthly drop now. One new lesson or one call. That's the "what do I give them."
People finish module 4 and 5 and 6, because someone posted "day 12, done" and they didn't want to be the one who quit.
Members are billed every month. Whatever that number is, it shows up without a launch or six emails to get it.
And the next time someone asks "when's your next launch?" you get to say "I don't really do those anymore."

None of that takes a new course, a bigger list, or a launch.

It takes the course you already have and one job a day for 30 days. The hard part is not overbuilding it. There's a roadmap for that.

Introducing

The Digital Product Membership Lab

Where course creators turn what they've already made into a Skool membership that pays every month, with me checking their work every step.

Abbey, smiling, in her home office

How I figured this out

Hi, I'm Abbey.

Full-time teacher. Mom of twin toddlers. Owner of the Lab.

I posted. Then I posted more.

For years I did what everyone says to do. Commented, went live, the whole thing.

Then I'd check my Stripe app at the end of the day. Nothing.

People posting way less than me were making sales.

Then I flushed $100 a day down the toilet.

The first ads course I bought said spend $100 a day. So I did. I had no idea what I was doing and the money was just gone.

Every course after that felt like it was written for agencies with big budgets. Not for a beginner with a product and real limits.

So I put it off. For a long time.

Then I got tired of waiting and figured it out on my own. Lots of expensive mistakes. And here's what I found: most of what those courses teach is way more complicated than it needs to be.

The setup that actually works is small and boring. One campaign. One ad set. A couple of ads. Leave it alone for 3 days. Read the numbers. Fix the one thing that's broken.

Then I filled my own Skool with it.

When I opened my group, I used that exact setup. Ads did the work, on days I didn't even pick up my phone.

250+members in 60 days (my group, my numbers, not a promise)
7social posts since March
$100/daywhat the first course told me to spend. Nope.

Then course creators kept asking me the same question.

"Wait. So I have to launch AGAIN just to make the same money I made last time?"

They had the course. They had buyers. They had students emailing them questions for free. What they didn't have was a way to get paid for the part after the course.

That's why the Lab exists. It takes what you already made and turns it into the thing people pay for every month. No new course. No launch.

Before you join

Questions people ask

What would I even give them every month?

Less than you think. One call, or one new lesson, or one Q&A thread you answer.
They're not paying for volume. They're paying for you and for the room.
The Challenge makes you pick ONE thing on day 5 so you don't overbuild.

Won't a membership cheapen my $497 course?

The course stays the course. It's the classroom inside the membership now.
People still pay for the course. They also pay monthly for the part after it.
If anything, the course looks more valuable because it comes with a place to actually do it.

I'm not a "community person." I hate Facebook groups.

Same. Skool is not a Facebook group.
You already run a community. It's spread across your inbox. This puts it in one place so you answer once.

Do I have to record anything new?

No. The Roadmap is built around what you already have.
Lessons become the classroom. Your FAQ becomes the first posts. The emails you send buyers become the welcome.

What about people who already paid for the course?

They're your first members. Day 3 of the Challenge is literally this.
They already trust you and they're already asking you questions. That's who says yes first.

What if they join and cancel after a month?

Some will. That's normal and it's fine.
The Roadmap spends a whole section on the first week, because that's where people decide to stay.

Do I have to be on Zoom every week?

No. Plenty of memberships run on one call a month or none.
You pick the format on day 5 and it's allowed to be small.

What if I try it and it doesn't work?

Stay the 30 days, do every job in the Challenge, and post your proof every day.
Still no paying member? I refund your first month.
You keep everything you built.

Is $47 a month worth it if my course only sells a few times a month?

Two members at $27 a month covers it. And they pay again next month.
To be straight with you: most people's first month is a handful of members, not a hundred. The point is it keeps going.
What does the next launch look like if you skip this and do it the old way?

The course is done.

Now get paid for it every month.
